These proposed terms describe Little Hindi, a Hindi learning service operated by Agile Mindset, LLC. They are a prelaunch draft for review; the app does not currently record acceptance of a terms version.
Learning with Little Hindi
Lessons, games, spaced review, and conversation practice support language learning. Learning pace and outcomes vary. Completing the course does not guarantee conversational fluency, a particular proficiency level, or professional news-presenter ability. Voice playback and practice are learning aids, not a certification or an automatic assessment of pronunciation.
Accounts and children
An adult should manage access for a child, choose a suitable sign-in name, protect the password, and supervise use. Do not include unnecessary identifying information about a child in an account. Contact the operator if you believe someone else has accessed an account. Parents managing an account does not replace legally required verifiable parental consent. Public child use remains subject to the safeguards described in the Privacy Policy.
Plans and complimentary access
The pricing section describes the available or planned tiers. Online purchasing and recurring billing are not currently enabled. The app does not charge a payment card. An administrator may grant complimentary access, including the highest tier; its tier and any expiry should be communicated to the account holder.
Before paid subscriptions start, checkout must clearly state price, billing frequency, renewal, cancellation, refund terms, and payment provider, and obtain the required agreement. These draft terms do not authorize future charges.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully and respectfully. Do not access another person’s account, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, upload harmful material, or attempt to extract other learners’ information. Report suspected security issues privately to the operator.
Content and third-party services
Learning content and software remain subject to their applicable ownership and licenses. Access permits personal learning use; it does not transfer intellectual-property ownership. External news or reference links are governed by their own providers’ terms and may change.
Availability and account closure
Features and content may change or be temporarily unavailable. The operator may restrict access to address abuse, security issues, or legal obligations. Contact the operator to resolve access problems or request account closure and deletion. Handling of stored information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Your legal rights
Nothing in these proposed terms removes consumer rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any final terms and applicable liability provisions need review before public launch. Material changes should be communicated before they take effect, with agreement obtained where required.
Ownership and website
Little Hindi and its planned domain, cultureoracle.com, are owned and operated by Agile Mindset, LLC. This notice also applies when this app is served at cultureoracle.com. The domain is the planned production address; this local preview does not confirm that hosting is live there.
